James Graven & Sons Ltd is a well established family business, founded in 1860.
Today the company owns and operates two supermarket sites trading as Budgens, in Soham and Dersingham, along with three BP service stations, situated in Chatteris and Ely.
We aim to deliver exceptional customer service and fresh local produce at competitive prices, whilst ensuring we are meeting the needs of the local community in which we serve.

As independent retailers, we make use of Budgens extensive product range and sophisticated supply chain facilities and, in return, we promise to enhance the Budgens brand by adhering to their high quality standards.
Our BP partnership
Our state-of-the-art BP branded service stations can be found in Chatteris and Ely. As a dealer site for BP, we work closely to ensure we adhere to all the key principles of BP and its brand whilst maintaining the local family run business feel.
Our SPAR partnership
Working with the UK's convenience market leader, SPAR offers something to suit all tastes, pockets and occasions. Located at our West Park Street and Slade End sites in Chatteris, SPAR convenience stores provide customers with a wide range of fresh foods, wine, beer, household products and store-cupboard essentials.
