Customer panels
“Genuine dialogue with our customers is vital to us if we are to ensure that our goods and services meet customer expectations. It is the people who use our stores that are in the very best position to questions standards, product offering and services and tell us what is right and what is wrong or how things could be improved” - Jonathan James
At James Graven we aim to continuously improve the services we offer to everyone in the community, using the customer panel is one important aspect of achieving this.
To have customers challenging the services that they use makes complete sense, they know what is good about the stores they use and they also know what could be done to improve them.
The customer panel is a group of local residents who have volunteered to test and challenge our products and services therefore enabling us to achieve valuable feedback. We are most grateful to them for the time and effort they are prepared to give. The information and recommendations given by the panel members enables us to continually improve our products and services and ensure they meet the needs of our local communities.
Customer panels cover a whole range of customer feedback including
- Overall experience
- Customer service
- New initiatives
- Local suppliers
- Community involvement
- Product and service offering
If you are interested in joining on of our customer panels please contact us, supplying your name, address and telephone number. Customer panels meet quarterly at the local store.
